Relation between Nurses' Caring Behaviors and Satisfaction of patients with COVID-19

Background, Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is critical challenges with quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction, the study aim: was to relation between nurses caring behaviors Satisfaction patients COVID-19. Design sample: A descriptive, Correlational design used. A consecutive sample 80 were recruited. Setting: inpatient unit in Abo Khalifa Isolation Hospital. Tools data collection: Four measurement instruments Nurse Participants completed the Nurse’s demographic Information questionnaire Caring Behaviors Inventory-24 (CBI-24). Patient participants Demographic Information Questionnaire scale (PSS). Results. Regarding studied patient’s satisfaction, highest mean score was related technical-professional domain 4.37±.37, while lowest score interpersonal- educational domain with 4.28±.41. Concerning nurses’ behaviors, professional knowledge skills with mean 5.63±.62, positive connectedness 5.16±.77. Conclusion: There highly statistically significant correlation total scores COVID-19 Recommendations: Provide service training for improve especially domain which consequently satisfaction regarding .
